Digital Alliance crew will adhere to the following new production standards:
The total number of individuals on a set should not exceed 10, until CDC recommendations change.
Hand sanitizer, masks and disinfectant (wipes or spray) will be part of the standard equipment kit.
A no-contact forehead thermometer will be used to test any person working in the production space. Those with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be allowed on set. This includes production crew and clients.
Each production day will be limited to a total of 10 hours, including the setup and tear down of equipment. This assures only one person touches the gear for which they are responsible.
Digital Alliance will take as much time as necessary to properly sanitize equipment during the setup and tear down phase.
Equipment will be assigned to specific crew members . This assures only one person is responsible for and touching each piece of gear.
If the client requires a monitor for viewing, two monitors should be provided – one for the client and one for crew.
Talent must place a lavalier microphone on themselves if applicable.
Mics must be sanitized and pop filters changed after each use.
Food should not be shared. Meals should be individually wrapped and not served “buffet” style.

STANDARDS & Capabilities FAQ
Yes! Digital Alliance crews are required to take and pass the Safe Sets™ International course prior to going on-location for any production. The Safe Sets™ course provides guidance and information on best practices to resuming productions with COVID-19 safeguards.
If on-site production is not an option for a given project, we can search and source quality stock footage. We can edit these clips, often accompanied by a voiceover or motion graphics, to effectively speak to your story, message, and brand. We can also acquire and implement existing assets (photo, video, or graphics) from your organization to aid in telling your story and crafting an engaging video for your audience.
Due to COVID-19, Digital Alliance has invested in high-tech remote monitoring technology to allow for multiple "video village" bases while on-location. Using this technology, we can even provide our clients (on-site with us) with the abiltity to monitor shots on their smart phones (once a free app is downloaded). The client can monitor shots as they take place in real time, as well as review playback seamlessly for prior shots. This alleviates the need for multiple bodies to crowd around a singular monitor, allowing for proper social-distancing while on-location.
It’s really not! If you are a company dealing with products needing social content, you can ship your products to our studio and we can work in a rinse-and-repeat fashion with no contact whatsoever if that is what makes you feel comfortable.
